Online Hard of Hearing Awareness Course

Our Online Hard of Hearing Awareness Course is aimed at organisations and individuals who wish to better understand the hard of hearing and the issues they face.  It will give the learner practical skills to enable better communication with people who are have hearing loss and provide information on how to improve their organisations accessibility.

The Hard of Hearing Awareness Course offers a 12 month license to access the course at a time that suits you.  Providing complete learning flexibility to satisfy the demands of working situations where in person training isn’t practical or productive.

Basic Sign Language

Learn some basic phrases to help communicate with the deaf or hard of hearing.  This resource is frequently updated, with more and more useful words and phrases added regularly.
